A thought deserves somewhere to be messy before it gets flattened into a persona.

Keep it if the thought still makes sense without private context, a recycled hook, a vague enemy, a borrowed grievance, a performance costume, or a punchline that only works in yesterday's mood.

Retire the draft when the useful part cannot survive without the private backstory, the line that performs certainty, or the urgency of posting today.
